Thank you for your interest in our childcare. We are excited for the opportunity to get to know you and have a chance to teach and influence your child!
The Enrollment Process
If you haven’t already, connect with the Greater Waco EEC team to verify a spot is available in your child’s class on your desired start date. You can reach out by phone at 254-799-0500 or better yet, schedule a tour!
Pay the Registration Fee. This is a one time fee that guarantees your child’s spot and start date. Once this fee is paid, the spot is no longer available to anyone else. The Registration Fee can be paid before paperwork is submitted.
The Enrollment Application: Complete and return in person at the office or via email to earlyed@gweec.org. The Enrollment Application must be submitted to the office at least 2 business days prior to your start date.
Provide a current copy of your child’s immunization records and a physician statement that states your child may attend childcare. These can be submitted in person, via email to earlyed@gweec.org, or via fax at 254-320-4363. These documents must be submitted at least 2 business days prior to your start date.
Note: If your child attends school, we do not require a copy of these documents as they are on file at the school.

TEFA Tax Vouchers
Greater Waco EEC is proud to welcome families searching for TEFA-qualified school options in Waco. If your family is already participating in the Texas Education Freedom Accounts program, you can contact GWEEC to learn about enrollment availability.
The current TEFA family application window for the 2026-2027 school year is closed. However, families who already have TEFA support can still explore participating schools, ask enrollment questions, and take the next step with Greater Waco EEC.
