Summer School & Camp at
Greater Waco Early Education Center

Summer should be meaningful, joyful, and full of growth. At Greater Waco Early Education Center, the summer season is designed to give children a place where they can keep learning, stay active, build friendships, and enjoy each day in a safe, loving, Christian environment.

Our goal is simple: to provide summer programs that are structured, enriching, and fun for children, while giving parents confidence that their child is cared for by people who value excellence. GWEEC is known for clean classrooms, Bible-based instruction, a secured entry system, an outdoor playground, and a full-sized gymnasium, and those strengths carry into every part of our summer programming.

A Summer with Purpose

Summer can be a season when children lose momentum, or it can be a season when they thrive. At GWEEC, the summer is built to help children continue growing academically, socially, physically, and spiritually through well-planned days and caring instruction.

Whether a child joins us for summer school, summer camp, or both, each day is meant to be more than childcare. It is an opportunity for learning, laughter, movement, and Christ-centered encouragement.

A Supportive Environment for Growth and Respect

A well-prepared environment supports everything we do. Our classrooms are clean, inviting, and intentionally designed to encourage children to practice life skills independently. Child-sized furniture and organized learning spaces allow children to engage confidently in daily tasks and take pride in their accomplishments, helping them build confidence and responsibility.

We also emphasize healthy communication and respectful relationships. Through positive reinforcement, children learn that effort and growth matter. Conflict resolution begins early, with teachers guiding children toward appropriate ways to communicate and problem-solve rather than simply being told no. Children are taught respect for themselves, their classmates, their teachers, and their learning environment, learning to work together with kindness, courtesy, and care.

“My daughter absolutely loves summer camp. She looks forward to the field trips and swimming days. As a parent, I am grateful to have a safe, loving, clean and professional place to take my children.”
