Where Learning, Faith, and Confidence Begin
Our Mission and Learning Philosophy
At Greater Waco Early Education Center, our mission is to inspire independence and confidence in every child through thoughtful instruction and loving guidance. With the support of well-trained teachers, children grow in their cognitive and problem-solving abilities as they move through meaningful learning experiences. We focus on helping each child build competence, independence, and a solid educational foundation that supports both academic success and personal growth.
Our Bible-based Abeka Book curriculum plays an important role in this foundation. Through a traditional approach to teaching and learning, cross-subject integration, spiral review, and hands-on activities, children develop early reading and math skills while preparing for long-term academic success. Faith is woven into daily learning, guiding children as they grow spiritually and academically.
Come see our classrooms, meet our teachers, and learn more about how we support children through faith-based learning in a safe and nurturing environment.
A Supportive Environment for Growth and Respect
A well-prepared environment supports everything we do. Our classrooms are clean, inviting, and intentionally designed to encourage children to practice life skills independently. Child-sized furniture and organized learning spaces allow children to engage confidently in daily tasks and take pride in their accomplishments, helping them build confidence and responsibility.
We also emphasize healthy communication and respectful relationships. Through positive reinforcement, children learn that effort and growth matter. Conflict resolution begins early, with teachers guiding children toward appropriate ways to communicate and problem-solve rather than simply being told no. Children are taught respect for themselves, their classmates, their teachers, and their learning environment, learning to work together with kindness, courtesy, and care.
